Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sahib Studio’s, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality photography services. Please
review our refund policy for details on our refund procedures.


2. Refund Eligibility
● Service Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled
shoot date will receive a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made within 14
days of the scheduled shoot date will forfeit any deposits.
● Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your
final edited images. Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with the final product will be
reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at sahibpreetsingharri@gmail.com with your booking details and the
reason for your refund request.


4. Non-Refundable Items
● Digital Downloads: Once digital files are downloaded or accessed, they are non-
refundable.
● Custom Orders: Custom orders or special requests made outside of standard packages
are non-refundable.


5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the
original payment method used through Stripe.


6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with
the updated effective date.
